About Us
SQUart Consulting LLC
Founded in 2023 by Simone Quartey, SQuart Consulting LLC was developed to assist corporations achieve their DEI goals through strategy development and implementation.
Simone brings almost a decade of experience in DEI strategy, project management, workforce diversity analytics, Employee Resource Group (ERG) development, and speechwriting. She previously spearheaded programs for corporations such as Society Generale CIB, New York Power Authority, and NBCUniversal.
She is a proud Ghanaian American and Knicks fan based in Westchester County, New York.
